I would hope that young girls can see that they don't have to sacrifice their femininity to be taken seriously in the workplace.

But also they don't have to rely on their physicality or their appearance;that it's just as important,if not a lot more so,to be able to use their intelligence,their wit,their humor and their warmth to be able to get where they want to and to achieve their goals in life.

我真诚地希望年轻姑娘们能够明白，

她们并不需要在工作中牺牲自己的女性特质以获得重视。

但也不应该靠外表吃饭。

重要的是，要运用她们的智慧、才气、幽默和温暖，

实现人生目标，去往梦想之地。
